The e-course give you much more than a simple how-to.

 

It begins with an individual health assessment. Then, personally tailored recommendations will allow you to find freedom from sugar and start seeing results in very little time and as approachably as possible.

 

This is not a a six-week "challenge" or crash diet.

 

You will be given the science-based "why" behind all the recommendations provided.

YOU WILL MAKE CHANGES AND START SEEING RESULTS IN WEEK 1

You will begin by completing a personal health and goals assessment which your instructor will discuss with you in your initial phone consult. 

For the next six weeks you will complete about one hour per week of online classes.

The workshop introduces three Phases of a low-carb diet and four Lifestyle Goals. As you begin new phases your instructor will guide you through a couple weeks of simple diet tracking using a free phone app. Diet tracking is only temporary but it will quickly familiarize you with beneficial foods and equip you to follow a low-carb lifestyle intuitively. 

 

PHASE I

Keto Base

 

The e-course makes transitioning to a keto diet as easy as possible. Phase I is very manageable for your transition to keto while will cutting carbs so that you get off the blood sugar roller-coaster, get fat-adapted, start seeing results right away. 

PHASE II

Next Steps to Success

 

Now that you are fat adapted, Phase II will dial in your keto diet so that you keep moving towards your goals and do not stall or "plateau" in your weight loss or health journey. 

PHASE III

Sustain and Maintain

 

Phase III will teach you how to determine (and re-assess over time) the optimal carb limit for you to maintain your progress and a sustainable lifestyle that will keep you feeling and looking good for years to come.
